In case of bad weather conditions, our cruise will be cancelled since safety is our number one priority. An alternative date will be offered to you, however if you are unable to attend another day we will issue a full refund for all payments made.
Where is the meeting point for your cruises?
Whether you have booked one of our daily group cruises or one of our private
cruises, the departure point for our boat is Kolymbari Port. We also offer bus
transfer service to our guests from/to the port, so in case you need it we will
suggest a convenient pick up location for you.
How can I book a ticket for your group cruises?
You can book your ticket directly through our website. We recommend booking
in advance especially during peak season. We cannot guarantee that there will
be available seats if you decide to show up at the port last minute.
Are your daily group cruises suitable for children?
Yes, our daily group cruises are suitable for all ages. What makes this tour ideal
especially for children is its short duration, the fact that the boat ride between
our stops is not long or tiring and the whole tour in general offers a great
adventure for them. However, children must be supervised by an adult at all
times and in case they don’t know how to swim, even though they can borrow
floating devices (such as lifejackets, noodles, floaties) from our boat, we advise
you to bring at least arm floaties for them.
How can I recognize my transfer?
You are kindly requested to wait in front of your designated pick up point at least
5 minutes before your pick up time. There will be a sign in front of our bus with
the name of our company ‘’SMILE CRUISES’’. If you are not there, we will try
calling you, so please make sure your phone is turned on. In any case, drivers will
wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Are private cruises available?
Yes, we offer many different Private Cruises options that you could choose from
to a variety of destinations. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing day at the beach,
a romantic sunset cruise, a thrilling bachelor party or a unique wedding/birthday
celebration/work event we have the perfect boat for you. We own a 17meter
Histar and a 25meter MegaBoat both of which are ideal for big groups and for
smaller groups/families that would like to travel with safety and comfort.
How can I get an offer for a private cruise?
We offer different packages of private cruises and the prices mainly depend on
the number of guests, the destinations and the duration of the trip. For this
reason, you will only find a starting price for each private cruise package. You are
kindly requested to send us an email or fill out our private cruises request form in
order to send you your personalized offer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness
for both our customers and our operations. Here’s how it works:
Cancellation by Smile Cruises:
If one of our cruise is cancelled due to bad weather conditions,
insufficient number of guests or damage, an alternative date will be
offered to you. However if you are unable to attend another day you are
eligible for a full refund of your payment.
Cancellation Policy for Group Cruises:
Should the client choose to cancel their booking, they are eligible for a
full refund only if they inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled
departure. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this
time frame.
Cancellation Policy for Private Cruises:
Should the client choose to cancel their private cruise booking, they are
eligible for a full refund of their deposit only if they inform us at least 7
days before the scheduled departure. No refunds will be provided for
cancellations made after this time frame.
