1) Cancellation Policy for Group Cruises

Cancellation Deadline:
Bookings for group cruises must be canceled at least 48 hours before the
scheduled departure. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made
after this time frame.

Cancellation Charges:
Should the client choose to cancel their booking, the following charges
will apply:
– Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the total tour price.

Tour Cancellation by Smile Cruises:
If a cruise is canceled due to insufficient participants or bad weather
conditions, an alternative date will be offered to you. However if you
are unable to attend another day Smile Cruises will issue a full refund
for all payments made.

2) Cancellation Policy for Private Cruises

Cancellation Deadline:
Bookings for private cruises must be canceled at least 7 days before the
scheduled departure. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made
after this time frame.

Cancellation Charges:
Should the client choose to cancel their booking, the following charges
will apply:
– 7 days or more before departure: Retention of the deposit.
– 6 to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
– Less than 2 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price.

Tour Cancellation by Smile Cruises:
If a private cruise is canceled due to bad weather conditions, an
alternative date will be offered to you. However if you are unable to
attend another day Smile Cruises will issue a full refund for all
payments made.
